It depends on material, square footage, and edge profile — quartz and granite generally run in a similar range, with marble often higher. We’ll give you a firm number after a free on-site measurement, not a vague estimate over the phone.
After templating, most residential fabrication takes about one to two weeks, with installation typically done in a single day. Larger contractor and commercial jobs are scheduled based on scope.

Granite is a natural stone — every slab is unique, and it needs periodic sealing. Quartz is engineered from natural stone and resin, so patterns are more consistent and it doesn’t require sealing. We’ll help you weigh the two for your space at your estimate.

A lot of countertop companies are really just middlemen — they sell you a slab, then hand the cutting and installation off to someone else. We built QGS the other way around: our own CNC saws and waterjets, our own templating, our own install crews, all working out of the same Blackwood facility.
That means tighter tolerances, fewer handoffs, and one team accountable for the whole job — from the first measurement to the final seam.
